I'm a mom to two free-range kiddos and a co-pilot on our family's regenerative farm.Â
I've spent my life working to help people help themselves, understanding how the body & mind work, what forces cause them to stop working optimally, and the most effective strategies to course-correct.Â
Formally, I was a collegiate athlete who studied biomedical science. I traveled the world exploring different cultures, living in the only Blue Zone in the US, where I became a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Yoga Teacher during graduate school.
For a decade now, I've helped thousands of people reverse course on chronic disease caused by the Standard American Diet (SAD)Â in our culture, and I'm excited about the possibility of helping you, too.
