Weeks 1 & 2
We start with the essential foundational work of changing our mindset around food. This is where most other programs fail because, without changing our mindset and untangling our learned behaviors, it’s easy to fall back into all our old habits. Most people find these first 14 days to be the most powerful and transformational because we finally start to “get” why we eat the way we do. We call this phase the Food Freedom Challenge.
The first two weeks are truly magical as we unravel our unique food psychology and create a solid foundation to build a path to food freedom that results in lasting change rather than being fueled by temporary willpower, as is the case in many diet methodologies.
Weeks 3 & 4
During this time, we’ll put all the diet dogma to rest and start to explore how our bodies are designed to work. We’ll learn to lean into nature’s rhythms and discover what our cravings mean. This phase is nothing short of amazing! I was shocked to find my postpartum wrist pain disappeared, my skin became clear for the first time in decades, and my sleep was so deep I was stunned.

Weeks 5 & 6
